However, this would not properly describe

As an experienced, well-respected and successful
forest industry entrepreneur, Mr. Bob Giroux
founded Soanbert Corp. in 1998. After more
than fifteen years of championing into a
progressive corporate career, Bob saw an
obvious void in the marketplace for a true
manufacturers' agent for medium-size, expanding
and/or start-up forest companies, which
can assist entrepreneurs in taking a business
concept to market. In addition, we help
our clients successfully launch traditional
or innovative wood-based products or ideas
to the intended target segments through
our intergraded strengths in sales, marketing
and distribution of lumber and other added
value wood-related products.
From day one, Soanbert made a commitment
to our clients that the company would not
resort to wholesaling any products. Soanbert
devotes all resources to properly representing
only the products manufactured by clients
with whom we have contractual agreements.
